I don't know about all states, but in Indiana we have regional educational service centers. One of them has an extensive professional video library and anyone can check them out as long as your school is part of one of the service centers. It's sort of like inter-library loan. You have 2 weeks to and they send a UPS skip for return postage. Might be something to check into.
