Hi, I just recompiled the latest version of moses and got an error when I tried to run MERT. I noticed you added the "distinct" option for the decoder command line last week and the single quotes around '$filename $___N_BEST_LIST_SIZE distinct' caused the error. Everything runs fine on my machine after I removed the quotes.
