The -xml-input flag looks like what I am looking for. Is there any way for me to put all the parallel terminologies in a xml file, then specify this xml file for the Moses decoder to use it as the terminology database when the moses does the translation? Currently, from the link you specified, I only can see we have to insert the terminology into the source file for using it, which is not very convenient from the end-user's view.
