Precision Translation Tools has a new users Forum and FAQ as a resource
for install, compile and general break/fix questions for all Moses
components so the development team can focus on the fun parts. We just
added FAQ entries with component dependencies as well as the
reserved/problematic characters (email discussion from a few weeks ago).
We'll be adding new entries as they re-surface on this list. Hope it's
useful to all.
