Hello, I used bjam to install moses. I used the option --install-scripts=/home/john/smt-scripts. It looks like symal gets moved to /home/john/smt-scripts/symal/symal. But I don't think the train-model.perl script gets modified to use this path. The train-model.perl uses /home/john/smt-scripts/training/symal. The giza2bal.pl script is still there.
