Hi,
It looks like your Boost isn't installed correctly with respect to
bzip2 support. Try following the "Fallback: Home Directory" section of
section of http://kheafield.com/code/kenlm/dependencies/ to install
bzip2 THEN Boost.

NB: This particular problem has nothing to do with kenlm (other than it
optionally uses Boost), but I wrote the documentation for a tutorial so
I might as well link people to it.
