Hi,

This problem is partially solved.
It's due to that I'm not using the latest commit.

But I used the commit tagged as OK on this page
http://www.statmt.org/moses/cruise/, i.e. commit
644cac03f6e27400354a2b3ecb065e384427e07a

Did I misunderstand anything?
