Dear Sir/Madam I am Dr. Jyoti Srivastava, Assistant Professor, NIT Hamirpur. I am organizing a short-term course of 6 days on Machine learning for Natural Language Processing at NIT Hamirpur. How can I get external funding for it? which agencies can provide funding for this program? I am a general category candidate so I can not apply for SC/ST category.
