LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT CAN ASSIST IN EVERDAY TASKS & HAS THE GOOD QUALITIES 
AS AN PERSONAL ASSISTANT.

Job Duties include:

- Answering phones and routing calls
- Schedule Meeting/Flight Ticket
- Computer Knowledge (Word & Excel knowledge helpful)
- Filing, faxing, and data entry
- Ordering supplies
- Coordinate the collection of year-end report missing information with other 
departments 
- Provides assistance in gathering documents for auditors and examiners 
- Money market and Savings excess tracking
- Scan IRA documents and systematically file electronically.
- Provides other duties as assigned.

Candidate Must:

- must have good communication and organizational skills
- must be able to work on multiple tasks at one time
