The last JuiceSSH update on the Google Play Store was 4 Feb 2021, which is now three years ago, and obviously doesn't include Mosh 1.4. Are there any other Android Mosh clients ?

I use Termius on one of my Android devices. It was last updated on 24 January. It uses its own library for Mosh compatibility: https://support.termius.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402049882137--Supported-SSH-Capabilities

mosh 1.4 is in termux. seems to work fine. https://termux.dev/en/
Even though Termius was updated last month, it seems to be vulnerable to Terrapin - https://terrapin-attack.com/#scanner - so I'll go with termux.
