Broker silently discards some listener config values.

Bug description:
If e.g. cafile, certfile or keyfile are used for the default listener
without providing a "port" option, then another listener is added to
the config, then only a single listener is created and the default
listener config values are lost.
Example:
cafile test-ca.crt
listener 8883
