I have installed Mr-Dave's fork because he told me that motion still hasn't
integrated ffmpeg support.
If I run motion I receive following errors:

Errors are clear - you don't have video device /dev/video0 and the port
8081 is already busy. Is older motion still running?

I receive following errors unter Ubuntu 15.04. My motion.conf has been
automatically installed under usr/local/etc/motion/motion.conf. IP cam is
rtps and is on 192.168.1.199.
