Hello,
for a test you can set "Custom Path" to /tmp or try /tmp/.
The access rights from tmp should look like this:
drwxrwxrwt 14 root root 320 Dec 19 17:05 tmp
You can use this command to show "dir -all -h".
"tmp" should have access for everyone.
If that works, you can create a directory you like with mkdir and test
what user motioneye run.
Commands to change user or rights are chown and chmod.
