Well, maybe I'm using the wrong words, sorry...
I simply open the URL from my browser http://localhost:10005
But I must specify that everything works correctly (including the stream)
if I don't use these actions /restart and /quit!
The part in the configuration file concerning the stream :
*# The port number for the live stream.stream_port 10005# Restrict stream
connections to the localhost.stream_localhost on# Desired authentication
method for the stream port. (0=disabled, 1=basic, 2=md5)stream_auth_method
1# The username and password to use for the stream. The syntax is
username:passwordstream_authentication test:test# The method used for
displaying images on the webcontrol page. (0=Full stream images are sent
and scaled by the client to th>stream_preview_method 0# Quality in percent
for the jpeg picture framesstream_quality 50# Grey mode. Useful for
limiting bandwidthstream_grey off# Framerate of the stream in frames per
secondstream_maxrate 60# Limit the framerate to 1 frame per second when
there is no motion being detected and increase it to the stream_maxrate

Maybe this is browser's issue?
Can you try to open the stream in VLC and see if there is the same behavior?

Yes I tried and the same bug occurs... (on my laptop webcam and my RpiCam
also).
We can add that at step 6, when I restart the stream with the action
/action/restart the image of the stream refreshes and freezes directly
afterwards.
