Right, but nowhere does it say locate_motion_style is disabled by
netcam_highres
regardless if it is a bug or a feature.
The desired image is being generated for snapshot and the 8081 stream,
so it's not like processing time is being saved by ignoring the
requested setting for locate_motion_style.
