I wanted to add using h265 encoder causes issues (gray screens) so I'm
using h264 baseline. Also setting video format to 50hz instead of 60hz
solved some time issues and I don't know why. The internal motion detection
must be turned off.

I would find a way to log it, at least it's a symptom you can give to the
motion team, and maybe something will become obvious to you
