I haven't had a Linux machine where it wouldn't run.. Have you installed
and tried to run it? Let us know if you get any errors.

Agreeing with what Ronnie McMaster said, for the most part. 32-bit 
Bulleseye changed a few things so what ran fine on Buster currently 
might not run.? I recently tried MythTV version 31 with Bullseye and it 
didn't work -- found out was a known issue.? Works fine with Buster.

So yes, try Motion with the 64-bit RPi and report back! :)
