Hi ,the text appears as a video file of 0 bytes in the same folder the
videos from movement detection are stored
there is nothing in /var/log/syslog at the time the file was created,
as all the motion actions are logged to /var/log/motion/motion.log
The device running motion is headless so no console output
I've added this line to /etc/crontab on the laptop the vidio files are
moved to , thats run every 10 mins

find /home/richard/Videos -type f -size -50k -delete
