After all this snow and freezing temperatures, something good came out of it....birds flocked to the roadsides today. On my way to school I had a pretty immense flock of Snow Buntings numbering around 300. After school I went to the Airport just south of Long Prairie. Here I had a flyby N. Goshawk and 8 Horned Larks. Nice day for birding if you don't mind the cold.
