I stopped at Belle Plaine sewerage lagoons at about 7:30 tonight (Monday) and found three Black-necked Stilts. In addition I ID'd ten more species of shorebirds including Wilsons Phalarope, Bairds, Dunlin, and Wilsons Snipe (calling). A Willet was seen by another birder flying off.
