Snowy owls are often seen at both the Duluth and MSP airports. =
Although, I believe, the four owls being reported this year at MSP are =
the most we have had in the last twelve years or so that I am familiar =
with.

dunes, on salt marshes or frozen lake shores, in farmland and at =
airports -- all areas that look most like the Arctic tundra above tree =
