How about what's going on with the Non Game Department in the DNR? Lee Pfannmuller says changes in the Nongame Program are part of an overhaul of the Ecological Services Division, and the overhaul is still in the proposal stage. It looks like the Nongame Program is being taken away from Carrol Henderson and put her department, Ecological Services. Why would you take it away from someone who has been very successful with it? It's seems fishy to me. Where are the contributions going to go? I'd really like to know what's going on before I contribute to the check off on the tax form.
