A local photographer located a very light-colored Snowy Owl in Duluth this afternoon. It was first found along the shoreline of Rock Pond in the Bagley Nature Area on the UMD campus. When last seen at 4:30pm, it was perched at the top of the trees behind the dormitory to the right of the parking meters (in the Bagley parking lot). __________________________________ Debbie Waters, Education Director Hawk Ridge Bird Observatory P.O.
