Anyone doing a Big year may want to go to Lac Qui Parle County, as Phil Chu reported finding two Yellow-crowned Night-Herons there today, 31 July. Both birds were in a small pond on the northeast side of U.S. Highway 75 just south of its junction with Lac Qui Parle County Road 59.
