I spent about an hour along the Soiux Trail on Friday morning, it was 5 below zero so birds were not very active. Did see the following: Red Tailed hawk 1 Robin 2 Cedar Waxwing 21 Flicker 2 Juncos two small groups Tree Sparrow 1 In Yellow Medicine county had flock of Longspurs about 12 and one flock of Horned Larks also about 12 There is a very good supply of berries on the Junipers so another trip might reveal more birds.
