I had a nice long walk this morning at the Pet Trails, Murphy-Hanrehan and identified 74 species including 13 new arrivals, 4 shorebirds, all 7 regularly occurring swifts and swallows, 10 warblers including several Blue-wings, and 8 sparrows. I thought I heard another 5 or 6 species, but was not sure enough to include them. This is a big increase over what I had just a couple of days ago but very similar to what I had last year at this time. =20 I also found Scott Meyer's lens shield. Bob Williams, Bloomington =20
