[mou] Long-tailed Jaeger update

The Long-tailed Jaeger was present at the posted location up to at least
6:30 this evening, Sept1. The bird is very cooperative, apparently
knowing no fear of humans. Many people have seen this bird during the
week and it continues to return to the same patch of gravel road.
