[mou] Parasitic Jaeger - Duluth

Tonight at 7:15, a dark Parasitic Jaeger was right along shore on the
beach near the south end of the recreation area; it was hard after a
young Ring-billed Gull. There were also a couple of small groups of
Sanderlings.
