Go to the MOU web page http://moumn.org and click on Review Reported Birds -> Migration Dates Annual arrival & departure dates for spring and fall migration in Minnesota. These dates represent a median of arrival and departure dates for the years 1985 - 2006, assembled by Paul Budde.
