[mou] Peregrine Falcons nesting Wells Fargo building

Does anyone know about the Falcon pair that is nesting on top of the  
Wells Fargo / ATT building at 494 and Xerxes?  Also was wondering if  
anyone knows the Ornithologists at the U of M that bands the chicks  
from these Falcon nests.  Thanks Kathryn Young
