[mou-net] Lake Elmo Park Reserve

2/20/09 There were 2 Northern Harriers there today along with a Red  
Tail Hawk. There is also a dead Red Tail there if anyone is interested.

2/19/09 at Crosby Farm Park in St Paul there were at least 10 Bald  
Eagles (including 2 juveniles) there and around Pike Island. Also seen  
were 2 Pileated, 1 red bellied and many Downy woodpeckers.
