For anyone not aware of it, The Raptor Center is undertaking a study to determine why they've had such a huge drop in kestrel admissions. They are asking for citizen submissions of kestrel sightings to Kestrel Watch that might include date, time, location, numbers, gender if known, and any observed behaviors.
