We had an exceedingly 'tame' Pine Siskin going back and forth from thistle feeder to birdbath directly in front of us on the patio last night. Although, I know it can't be true -- with a tuff of fuzz coming out of one shoulder and its indistinct streaks -- the bird came across like an immature (minus the overall yellow hue of a young Siskin).
