There were at least 2, one with nesting material in it's beak, on the side road east of Target in Waconia on 6/17. Does someone have a Surbey block in this area. There is also a wetland in the Legacy Village neighborhood with nesting yellow-headed blackbirds and possibly nesting black terns. I saw a blackbird with insects in its beak go into the cattails and 10 or more terns flying around with some appearing to land in the marsh. Legacy Village is behind the Kwik Trip in Waconia.
