[mou-net] White-winged Dove in Duluth

Peder Svingen just called to report that he and Cameron Rutt found a  
White-winged Dove at the 40th Ave West Erie Pier area around 4:00 pm.  
It was seen near the far SW corner of the area where the large sand  
piles are located, but they lost sight of it and were trying to  
relocate it when he called.  Kim Eckert
