And later in the day(about 13:40) just before leaving town in that same spot I saw the Goldeneye(both species), a female Ring-necked Duck, a Black Scoter, and a White-winged Scoter..

This is most likely the same individual spotted on 11/17 by Peder Svingen. The birds were fairly close to shore and best viewed at the start of the Lake Walk.
