I was at the Thomas residence at 1:00pm and saw the Black-headed Grosbeak at 
the platform feeder and was able to grab some distant dark photos of the bird 
before it flew behind the garage into the cedars.

For the record, despite the approaching storm and the approaching holidays, the 
grosbeak was still at the feeder on Superior St. in Duluth as of 8:55 this
