[mou-net] wildlife rehab question

In Wabasha, MN birding this weekend. Found kildeer while walking, looked 
weak, was walking and falling over.
Not doing typical predator display, not calling out.
Clearly not healthy. Not headed to the cities till Sun, does any one 
know of a wildlife rehab down in this area?
