I observed 3 different Black-throated Blue Warblers in Lake County while working in the area. The first was on the access road to Wilson Lake about .5 mile from 170. The second and third were along the portage between Thunderbird and Shoepack Lake. These 2 birds would require paddling across Crooked, Meme, and Thunderbird Lake or a very steep portage from Nine Mile Rd.
