Hello Birders,
This afternoon after getting to see the LTDU again on Vadnais lake (SE
corner - very cooperative bird!), I wandered into Washington County and
found a *Rough-legged Hawk* being harassed by a crow on Manning Avenue,
about a 1/2 mile South of Big Carnelian Lake Park entrance.

After a brief glimpse of it perching in a treetop, it flew off over the
trees and out of sight.

Not much else of note today.

Sincerely,
