The Townsend's Solitaire found on Friday by Gail Wieberdink was still present this morning at Lake Vadnais. The road that divides the lake is currently closed to automobiles, so I parked in the small lot off County Rd. F and walked back. The bird was in the juniper stand along the road, just north of the smaller west lake.
