Hi All--On my blog, I posted my two-cents worth on how to identify scaup. http://dantallmansbirdblog.blogspot.com Yesterday I photographed a number of common early spring duck migrants on Circle Lake in Rice Co. I will post photos of those over the next several days. Species included Lesser Scaup, Redhead, Canvasback, Ring-necked Duck, Bufflehead, and Common Merganser.
