I took a new birder through the Felton Prairie area in Clay County this afternoon. We found that the southwest corner of the Longspur Prairie has been plowed up. From about the buffalo rock to the south gate on the west side of the road had recently been plowed. The tractor and the discs were still sitting in the field. Hopefully the plowing doesn't go any further.
