Spotted the Snowy Owl at 3:30. Immediately after exiting the first tunnel on Cargo Road, take the first left. Look across Cargo Road at the smaller UPS building. Owl was spotted on the lower roof-top on the runway side. Sandy Kuder Coon Rapids
