Around the noon hour today, there was a red-shouldered hawk sitting in a tree on the south side of Hwy. 23 about 3.5 miles east of St. Cloud, near the billboard sign that says "Lamar." This is just west of the Tesoro station. It sure was fluffed up! Betsy Beneke St. Cloud
