Found a Townsend's Solitaire at Warner Lake County Park, 4:45pm- SE Stearns,
near Clearwater, MN
Directions: Park at the Nature Center bldg, walk the trail over the bridge
around the west side of the lake. The area is ~1/4 mile when the red cedars
become more prominent on the left and the trail turns to the right (west-like)
and 100 yards down a clearing with a 4-way trail intersection and a small "Tree
Farm" sign. Suspect it is hanging out in the flats eastward here toward the
lake with much red cedar-thicket scrub w/ taller aspen saplings (good perching
up--as it behaved w/ me). Also there is a small prairie patch is back in there
amid the scrub.
