Sad to hear about the St. Paul peregrine falcon fledgling remains found by Tom
Klein. On a positive peregrine note, I stopped by the Colonnade Building in St.
Louis Park on the way home from work today. And, to say the least, I got quite
an entertaining show from the peregrine family living on the building ledges.
Two (possibly three) fledglings were out and about with their parents. I
watched them fly laps around the building chasing each other and the parents.
Possible flight lessons with parent and fledgling out over the freeway.
Literally running back and forth across the ledges. And, lots and lots of loud
peregrine squawking.
