The few remaining flooded fields have about 1/2 the water that they had last
weekend besides those that dried completely in Carver County. They have
especially dried the past few days. I also checked flooded areas in Sibley
County along 200th St. southeast of Green Isle the past 2 days. It looks like
there had been a very large flooded field at a 4-way intersection with each
corner flooded. Yesterday that particular field was mainly mud with a few
puddles that had Killdeer and some Least Sandpiper(mud and only some Killdeer
today). The southwest corner of the intersection had the most water which
remained today. While portions east of the metro got over an inch of rain on
Friday Carver County saw very little, so if it remains dry this week most areas
will likely be dry by next weekend
