Does anyone out there, MOU member or not, live near County Rd C and Dale Street? A neighbor in the area called me today saying they had a banded baby bird in their garage. I went over and found an Eastern Phoebe recently out of the nest, but only able to flutter a short distance. It had a small, blue, plastic band on its right leg. If you banded the bird our know who might have, please contact me.
