Hi All, The Sherburne Savanna Sitters will be conducting "The Big Sit!" bird count at Sherburne Refuge headquarters on Sunday, October 14 from 6:00 a.m. to about 3:00 p.m. Stop by to chat - see how our count is going. Lots of eyes and ears needed and appreciated! In 2010 (we skipped last year) we had 43 species, but the count was conducted from the beginning of the wildlife drive, so we'll see if changing locations makes any difference.
